Creative Writing Workshop Course

Service Description

Engage in six online creative writing workshops facilitated by author and creative writing lecturer Dr Anthony Quinn, designed to help participants rewrite memories using literary techniques. You will explore storytelling as a means for healing and self-discovery, learning how to deploy literary techniques in character portrayal, setting, scene creation, narrative voice, dialogue and the reviewing and editing process. The six weekly one-and-a-half hour writing workshops will be a place for you to learn together, to have creative conversations and cultivate artistic support networks. During the course you’ll be challenged to explore different writing techniques and forms, to entertain new ideas, to read adventurously and to respond with rigour and generosity to the work of your fellow writers.
